Pi Day Disaster

I have always liked PIE.

A few years ago I learned about Pi Day that occures on 03/14 (of course), and found an excuse to have pie for almost no reason.

Last year, I had an apple pie from McDonald's.

This year, Sarah made the suggestion to go to a local Village Inn (The District in South Jordan, Utah) in since Marie Callendar's is across town and it didn't seem worth it to go that far for a slice of pie. We were dead wrong.

After a decent start to our meal, we began eating and Lennon was bouncing off the walls not eating, we decided to box up Lennon and I's food and order our pie...

We never ordered our pie. Our waitress was having a mild meltdown about something and never came back to us. We had to go to the front desk to pay for our food. No tip was issued.

And don't think it stopped there. When we complained to the manager, all she said was sorry. We even mention that we were going to order pie...

No discount on our meal.

No free pie offered.

She didn't attempt to keep our business.

We will not be returning to that location.

I am questioning even going to any location...
